The weekend that she was leaving for boot camp, my niece Jen asked for my address to send out invitations. To my shame I asked who was shooting their wedding and she mentioned that they were going to meet up with a photographer that they found...in SACRAMENTO! My jaw dropped once I heard that and told her, "That's faaaaar dude! I'll shoot your engagement session. Consider it a little going away gift from me."

Since they were going up to the city that day, we all agreed to go to the place in SF where we can act like kids and have a beautiful backdrop to use =) If only I had more time to shoot!

Congrats you two! I really wish that I can be your photographer. Then again, a soiree like yours won't be captured to perfection if I had a drink in my hand and sharing it with you guys =) Let the Rosete and Valdez debauchery commence in November!!
